Chicken Pot pie

Ingredients
- 1/2 a whole chicken
- bag mixed veggies (or two cans)
- 3 c milk
- 1 tbls fat (oil, butter, grease)
- 1 tbls flour
- salt/pepper/seasoning to taste
Directions
- Cook chicken (or use a rotisserie chicken).
- To a medium sized pan, add your fat and flour. stir to combine, cook for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Slowly add milk to your flour mixture, stirring thoroughly. Continue until all milk is gone.
- Add in veggies and chicken. Stir to combine.
- In a deep dish pie plate, lay pie crust on bottom and press into sides of plate. Pour the chicken mixture in the crust, then top with second crust.
- Cut steam slits in the top crust, brush with egg wash (or milk) and bake until golden brown, about 40 minutes.
